Sindhi Papad: Toasted lentil crisps with cumin and black pepper (v
Toasted and spiced puffed lotus stem seeds (v)
Starters
Kok Pallo: Onion and tamarind spiced, crispy, butterflied fish
Dal pakaan: Creamy, mixed lentils, garnished with fresh chilli pickle, chutneys, with freshly made crispy bread (v)
Potato patties stuffed with chana dal (v) or chicken mince
All starters and nibbles are served with chutneys
Mains
Daag mein teevan: Lamb or goat slow cooked in caramelised onion, whole spices and yoghurt sauce (v) Raabro: desert vegetables( kair kumat sangri) in a yoghurty sauce tempered with chilli
Bhugal Bhee: Stir-fried lotus stem (v)
Served with freshly made whole-wheat flatbreads, rice crispies
Steamed basmati rice

Majun: Ghee toasted wheat flour with infused with nuts and poppy (v)
